A Meals on Wheels Service Center could be compared to a senior citizens "Clubhouse". Our service centers are strategically placed in communities to serve as a means of social enrichment to our lonely old friends.
It is at the service centers that our senior citizens have the opportunity to socialise with other old folk.
They are served a lovely well balanced meal, followed by tea and cake. Entertainment and interactive activities are also arranged.
The old folk just love their weekly visits to the service centers as this may be the only time that they are able to have a chat with friends and engage in an activity that enhances their self-confidence.
